Affects Phantom Round Brush Occultum and Eclipticum, and any other variants (VFX only on Occultum!)

VFX edit to make the brush pastel and a bit rainbowy, but primarily pink :3
I also added the ribbon from the Obscurum step onto it because the bug is cute and deserves a nice ribbon

The base colors have also been changed to pearl white / pastel pink to match best, but dye it however you may wish ＜（＾－＾）＞
