with evercold approaching, i was drawn to ovelia's cozy cape, but i felt like the tartan pattern on the underside of it kind of limited the dye possibilities, so i removed it/edited the material so it will dye to match the rest of the cape. this works for all races and genders, and can be combined with model edits.
