Rue upscale of Sea Lizzie by Thexteras.

Includes Rue S and Rue L in separate modpacks - I don't know how to toggles yet lmao
Bottoms and pareo (set to an accessory) are fit to Rue WC legs, while the shawl is tied to the top but I might revisit this in the future to separate that too.
There's some clipping and weird scaling on the chest, tried my best as usual!
