[Vox Dominus] Garlean Third Eye - Equippable for most faces/sculpts

Garlean Mods from the Vox Dominus closet.

I recall there used to be an equippable third eye mod that no longer exists, so I made my own.

Supports:
✔ Midlander (M/F)
✔ Highlander (M/F)
✔ Elezen (M/F)
✔ Au Ra (M/F)
✔ Miqo'te (M/F)
✔ Roegadyn (M/F)
✔ Viera (F)
✔ Viera (M)*

*For some reason Star of the Nezha Lord doesn't work on Viera M so I put that on Theophany Circlet instead.

Since this is on a head gear item, it should work over any sculpt/makeup/custom face (as would any vanilla hat).
Needless to say, this will not change ears/horns/other facial features.
This will take up a hat mod slot, so glasses/eyepatch will need to be on the facewear slot instead of the head gear slot.
