Replaces the cosmoboard mount with a skateboard!

It includes:
- Animations that will keep it grounded
- Kickflip for a jump
- Skateboard Sfx
- Customizable Deckart and Wheels with 9 Preset options
- "The Mirror" as the mount theme
- The skateboard... duh!

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN DESIGNS:
1. Open the Mod directory and navigate to custom
2. Edit the templates to be whatever design you like and save it
3. In Penumbra Press Advanced Editing and navigate to Textures
4. Press the folder button next to import image and select your custom board
5. Press "Save as Tex" and save it in the mod folder
6. Navigate to File redirections and select Deckart: Custom on the top right
6.5. Press Reload Files if you dont see your own!
7. Cut out the only path you see and paste it under your .tex file
8. Apply Changes
9. Repeat 4-8 for the wheels (Navigate to Wheels: Custom instead)!

I had a lot of fun making this, although I was struggling a lot with vfx edit recently >.>
The model is mine, though I took the deckarts from the internet :3
