was supposed to just be a simple skirt but i got carried away. it has a bunch of toggles, i think it looks best in dark colours.
diffuse isnt perfect, i did my best
i have to assume this clips horribly, i did my best to reduce it. if i missed something glaringly horrible please let me know
a note. not a lot of vanilla tops look particularly good with it. i COULD add a waist modifier to a lot of the extra bits but they get nuked by some things where they should stay...I chose not to add the modifier, but hopefully the toggles will make up for it.
