This is a super old mod, I think it was my first texture edit. I'm leaving it up since I have no reason to remove content.
This mod was originally made by Nozomi Kei. The normal and specular have been upscaled, the spike textures tidied up a bit, and the colors have been changed.
It replaces the Leather Choker and Hard Leather Choker, but there will be funky textures if you use the Griffin Leather Choker.
