A port of my own personal take on "Westlake" Scales+ for Females to Bibo+

NOTES:
- YOU MUST HAVE BIBO+ INSTALLED FIRST
- [NB] Scales Neckline ONLY
- Vanilla Scale Pattern with "Westlake" scales added
- Gen 2 textures are for Vanilla and Gen 2 gear and mods - Rean and Xaela share these textures.
- Bibo+ uses DIFFERENT textures for Rean and Xaela, so it is possible to have different scale patterns with Bibo+
- Black and White Variants only

Updates: 1.0.1 - (7/3) Fixed Gen 2 Textures to be compatible with new Bibo+ updates/Unique AuRa
THIS MOD HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR BIBO+ 2.1, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY UPDATE.
