Don't let a shitty PC get in the way of your mod addiction! All suncats and mooncats have been tested to work with dx9 versions of the game c:
Step 1) backup any necessary files (done within TexTools)
Step 2) set TexTools to Dx9 Mode
Step 3) install from the .ttmp file
Step 4) sign in c:
