Author's Comments:

Port of the Cruise Chaser's minion weapon to Dragoon, comes in two versions:

Garuda's Beak - Just the spear
Beak of the Vortex - Enhanced (Overboost) spear which adds the E.D.D's VFX effects

Current know issues:
- VFX of the spear slightly doesn't match the spear in length when equipped by Lalafell
