Removes all non-patch-2.0 haircuts from the game, replaces them with 2.0 versions.
Exception for AuRa hairstyles, which will use their basics instead.

This file is large, even in it's first release! It's hosted on MEGA, as it's beyond the XMA 100mb limit.
