Male Viera Hair Mashup 3+1

Hair mashup between Male Viera hairs 3 and 1. I wanted to have the fringe of Hair 1, but I don't normally use long hair on my characters, so I wanted to create a version that would have short hair.

Updated for Dawntrail after a very long time. Learned how to make sure the weights work, so hair will move now. Might be some mistakes here and there, but not very noticeable (forgive me I have no idea what I'm doing :') )

Uses base materials, so as long as you set Defined Hairs to load after, you will see the nicer textures.
