Updated: Now includes ETC textures for Hermes, and updated Venat's textures to adjust her nostrils, because they were seriously bugging me ingame.
Upscales the face, hair, and brows/lashes for various NPCs in Elpis to 1k resolution, which makes them nice and pretty without going overboard.
