This has only been posed on a max height Male Viera but it should pose (heh) little problem for others, hopefully.
Works for any long weapon like staffs, lances, scythes, maybe axes if the handle is long enough.
Once your character is in place you'll need to adjust the weapon, idk how to fix it, DRG/LNC will have to do extra adjustments since the lance is held in the opposite hand. Hopefully it's not too bad :')
When posing make sure you draw your weapon!
