Fixed a bug that prevented Technical Step from playing the modded animation when finishing with more than 1 step.

All basic attacks (Cascade, Fountainfall, etc.) have been given appropriate colors to their corresponding steps.
Devilment- New visual effect.
Fan Dance I- Recolored visual effect.
Fan Dance II- Recolored visual effect.
Fan Dance III- Recolored visual effect.
Flourish- New visual effect.
Saber Dance- New visual and auditory effects.
Standard Step- New visual and auditory effects on startup and finish, as well as a buff effect that lasts for 30 seconds.
Starfall Dance- New visual and auditory effects.
Technical Step- New visual and auditory effects on startup and finish, as well as a buff effect that lasts for 20 seconds.
Tillana- New visual and auditory effects.
