Author's Comments:
An upscale and edit of the WHM lvl 90 gear Theophany Robe to both fit the TBSE default chest and to better resemble it's female counterpart.
Edits:
- Upped the poly count on the shirt and hood to better fit TBSE default chest
- Shoulders exposed and chest window added to match female version of the Theophany Robe
- Silver adornment around neck of the female Theophany Robe as been ported over to the male Theophany Robe textures

I spent forever weighting the damn shirt and hood and now I never want to see it again. The sleeves have the same weights as vanilla, so the clipping with folded arms is Square Enix's fault, contact them for fixes.
