[FP] AR-Caean Velvet Crafting Gear - Bibo+

tzarev and illydoesthings for the Bibo+ Perky body.

Upscales the AR-Caean Velvet Work Shirt of Crafting and Velvet Hose of Crafting to the Bibo+ Perky body.

- Bottoms come in default Large size.
- Tops come in 3 options (Small, Medium, Large) and have clearance for Large bottoms.
- The booba straps are a little warped, did the best on reshaping without affecting the shirt (the booba is too stronk)
- Skin material uses the _bibo mat, so other bodies will need to adjust.
- No other changes, still dyes fine etc. Have fun and craft those savage raid pots!
