This DIY kit was created as a means for mod users to easily port their favorite tattoo mods to their favorite scale mods, provided the author of the tattoo mod has provided a transparent overlay of the tattoo.
Basic instructions on how to do this are provided for both GIMP and Photoshop.
It also serves as a modders resource for easily adding support to various different scales mods without having to download and export them all.
This is purely a stencil DIY kit and does not contain any of the scale mods that the stencils are based off.
