[7.0+] Glowing and Dyeable Wayfarer's Jewelry

DT Update: Modpack has been updated to work with DT and beyond. Now includes dual dye support and a non-glowing version with dual dye support. Channel 1 dyes the crystals, channel 2 dyes the metals. Original glows and intensities are preserved for the undyed crystals. There is currently no way for me to change the intensity of the glow when it dyes but, yes, it will still glow. You will need an additional tool, such as Glamourer, to apply dyes.

I felt cheated by the icon for these being a lot brighter than the actual items. I also thought it would be neat to have some glowing crystals. So I added a subtle glow which also served to brighten them more like their icons.

This is just a simple colorset edit to add a glow to the Wayfarer's Earcuff and Wayfarer's Necklace. The glow is not meant to be super bright, think au ra limbal rings. In direct lighting you probably won't notice a difference, in indoor lighting it will appear brighter or slightly glowing, and in low lighting it will have a very obvious glow.

Update: Added two brighter versions of the glow now that I FINALLY understand packing multiple options. One doubles the glow strength the other quadruples it. See modpack description for a little more info.
