This is my first mod.
A replacement for the Hunting Hawk, which turns it into a crow.
I just frankenstein'd this crow's head from sketchfab, weight painted it, etc: https://skfb.ly/6RoFP
onto the Hunting Hawks body, and used the textures that came with it to texture the head.
I don't think I got the beak texture rotated "perfectly" but I did it well enough that I was satisfied with it so it is not perfectly symmetral but still looks alright
My girlfriend then painted over and recolored the Hunting Hawk's skin
and we made new normals and speculars for it together.
