A mashup of Cape of Happiness, YoRHa type-51 Aiming, and Spriggan Jacket!

Featuring:
- Several color changes to the Spriggan Jacket and Cape, including the color accent of the cape to black.
- 3 Dye options (Cape only, Cape and Skirt, Cape and Outer Skirt)

Not fully tested on all races yet, but they should work!
