Author's Comments:

The heart pom from the Lovely Moogle Hat separated and stuck directly onto your head.

Works on all races
Also works on all hats other than the ones that are too big
Pom animations do not work unfortunately :(
Replaces The Emperor's New Ring

This means that this mod will not show up while wearing gear that hides rings. (to fix this you will have to go into the metadata and check off show ring)
I put a toggle for the fat cat loungewear though but other gloves you'll have to do it manually
