Multi-size upscale of Rei's Winter Snowflake port from Tera.
Many thanks to Rei for allowing public release, and to Fluffels for commissioning the upscale.

You MUST install the original mod by Rei; this modpack only includes 3d edits to the dress.

chest size options:
- bibo+ lithe
- bibo+ Y.A.B. medium (+buff)
- bibo+ Y.A.B. large (+buff)

All sizes have clearance for YAB watermelon crushers or bibo+ large bottoms. Lower skirts will clip with anything larger.

Metadata toggle included to turn on/off the capelet. (Variant A on = capelet, off = no capelet)
