Hi!
A simple Septum piercing for Miqo'te made by myself, currently for Female Miqo'te only!
The Septum was made with Face 4/104 and Nose 3 in mind, so results on other faces may vary, although it should be fine.
It affects the Menphina's Earring, but feel free to port it to any item you like!
I do try to make it available for other races and update the modpack soon, but you can edit and port this one by yourself if you wish.
Credit if re-upload would be nice.
