Author's Comments:
Replaces the "Levequest Accepted" & "Levequest Complete" text pop-ups with a blank transparent image, removing them from being visible. Doesn't remove the sound jingles.
Should affect all main client languages: DE, EN, FR & JP, but only the EN client was tested.
Only works with Penumbra and must be set to the Default collection.
2023-01-24 - V1.1: Added HD texture support. Didn't see HD variants initially when making this and wasn't able to test myself at the time. Thanks to the person who mentioned this error to me!
