An upscale set of the Valentione Emissary Attire (2023 event) to the Bibo+ and TBSE bodies.
- Bibo+ set comes in the default 4 chest and 3 leg sizes.
- TBSE set comes with Highlander compat.
- Hats have had metadata edited to show for Viera and Hrothgar and show Viera's ears. (ensure you have a hat compat hair on or it will clip)
