[Gen3] Makai Quartertights (Shorts) -RiderTHiCC Edit + Upscales

New Ver 2.0 Gen3 upscales the Makai Quartertights (Shorts) [GARO collab event for PvP], and added mesh leggings for the legs. Affects the following (Common versions also affected):

Makai Harrower's Quartertights (Reaper)
Makai Manhandler's Quartertights (Slaying: MNK, SAM)
Makai Markswoman's Quartertights (Aiming: BRD, MCH, DNC)
Makai Moon Guide's Quartertights (Healing: WHM, SCH, AST, SGE)
Makai Priestess's Skirt (Casting: BLM, SMN, RDM, BLU, PCT)
Makai Vanbreaker's Quartertights (Gunbreaker)

Leg Sizes (in BOTH NormalLeg and ThiccerLeg sizes for RT legs):
TF3 Large
RT-Plump
RT-Mega
RT-Dayum
RT-Ultra

4 Styles of Textures: Shorts only (default), with Mesh Leggings, Mesh Leggings Left Side Only, Mesh Leggings Right Side Only.

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations.
Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
