- some minor adjustments to the head, neck, and hands

notes:
- there is no face, height, ear, or tail scaling included!
- you will need either anamnesis or customize+ for this to work!
- while this should work with all TBSE variants on midlander-based races, i can't make any promises with the vanilla body.
