[CHI] Elegant Evening Gown

Credits to Square Enix for the original model and assets.

A long, corsetted dress mashup made from primarily the Hannish top and the Shadowless skirt.

The dress is fully dyeable, sleeves and all. The corset is black and undyeable.
The metal for the buckles and accessories comes in both silver and gold options.
Optimised for Elezen and Roegadyn but should work well on any tall female.
