This was made due to a comission for Penny's weapons from RWBY as Sage Weapons, comes with VFX.
There are two files available for download, one for midlander sized ish races and the other for roegadyn sized ish races as the VFX doesn't really scale well. Ideally i'd make the VFX for every race size type and then just add it into penumbra as different options, but i'm lazy.
