One of most interesting rods in the game got it's Ultimate edition!
Tropaios Rod now with The Epic of Alexander glow and VFX - readjusted from Ultimate Hvergelmir + my own edits.
You can buy this rod at Wolves' Den Pier for PVP currency.
I tried to make animation not tied to the eye itself for hours, however I'm out of ideas. Let me know if you know an easy fix, much appreciated! But for now I adjusted it as I could so it's less jarring. Personally I'm really satisfied. Please enjoy my 2nd mod!
update: thanks to Dast - https://www.xivmodarchive.com/user/384467 we are on a good way to solve it, but it makes it not scale with various races :c
