Makes a tankbuster effect appear on the designated target immediately upon use.
Your wol will still make the kissing motion afterwards because I find it funny, but you can quickly walk after setting off the dote in order to hide this.
Combine it with my other dote mod 100% off dote to avoid detection by people using the PetMe counter.
Obviously be responsible with this, don't harrass people who aren't in on the joke. Messing with your friends is fun but don't be a huge dick about it pls.
