[Gen3] Scion Healer's Halftights (Spats) -RiderTHiCC Upscales

Upscales of the vanilla spats [Scion Healer's Halftights (Y'shtola's Heavensward Outfit) and Lady's Knickers (comes in Black, White, and Gold). There was originally a release in 2018 on the upscale of natyusha's Gen2 version, but was taken down after Gen3 came out.

This release is ONLY with RT ThiccerLeg of all 4 sizes (and Tight & Firm 3 Large), since Praxis did the upscales for the NormalLeg sizes already. Made it just so those that use my RT ThiccerLegs can have these spats.

Leg Sizes (ONLY ThiccerLeg sizes for RT):
Tight & Firm 3 Large Legs
RT-Plump (ThiccerLeg)
RT-Mega (ThiccerLeg)
RT-Dayum (ThiccerLeg)
RT-Ultra (ThiccerLeg)

Please don't message requests for different sizes/variations.
Feel free to edit/port/scale to preference.
