[DT] Fallen Angel Wings to Angel Wings

Lu, for her friendship and our mutual ranting over mod development

This is just a quick simple texture port as I couldn't find a vanilla swap of these two wings.
Penumbra's "Changed Items" says it effects all 3 wing types, but it only affects angel wings.
This mod affected all angel wings in game, including through mare last time I checked.

THIS MUST BE INSTALLED IN DEFAULT COLLECTION IF USING PENUMBRA
