A personal preference weapon effect tweak.

This time we're changing the Law's Order Samurai Blade effect to a blue glow with an additional option for a silver glow. Additionally, the colorset has been modified to give the blade itself a silver color.

Download includes a single .pmp file with option to toggle to the white glow. By default, the weapon maintains the changed colorset and the blue glow.
