Hotline is a Cavalry Elbst Mod I designed while listening to 80s Synthwave. They even have PUPILS now! Wowie zowie! These guys don't get enough love, I think they're really fun little mounts!
You must already have the Cavalry Elbst Mount to use. It comes from the Sahagin Beast Tribe, but it often pops up in different Tomestone events.
Designed for use with Penumbra but I am sure it will work with Textools.
