When I saw the new Halloween emote I knew what I had to do...
The first "real" mod I've made that isn't just some basic texture edit or something.
Might be updated with optional additional VFX in the future.
Currently it's just the sound and a toggle for an optional explosion.
Thanks to Gwen for the help getting it together, it would've taken a week without her.
