Unisex Heels - Height Offset

Updated some older heel mods to support the heels plugin. The heels_offset attribute is set in the .mdl files, so they should Just Work™ with Simple Heels. The offsets are listed in the mod description, and apply to female bodies unless specified.

I've made the heels less chunky, and edited some models to fix errors with straps, etc. There are some issues with stretched textures that I would like to fix in the future, but these are just model edits for now.

Started as a personal edit and an intro to modding/blender, so I still don't know what I'm doing.
