A mashup of Ivalician Oracle's coat, with a calfskin jacket's sweater underneath, the scarf of the Resshi Haori and skirt/bag from Far Eastern Maiden's Tunic.

Works on all tall females.
It's not dyeable. However very easy to edit in coloursettings. Just head to advanced editing, Material and select the on the dropdown.
Seeing I'm still very new to this, expect some clipping or gaps. It's got some issues on the chest, at the sweater, but nothing too bad, to notice.
