(Yet) Another attempt at upscaling a piece of gear for YAB.

I've upscaled the vanilla anemos suspenders to house buffed arms with the YAB MED chest size. It also comes with an option to remove the wrist accessory!

I'm still learning so if you see any issues feel free to poke me, and i'll try to fix it when time allows.
