YAB+ upscale of the Classical/Republican Eques's Set

Includes
- Small, Medium & Large Chest sizes
- Buff & non-Buff arms
- Watermelon & Skullcrusher Leg sizes
- "Small" Butt option
- Watermelon & Skullcrusher Boots sizes
- (and also Gloves with proper fingers)
- Chiton Toggles

Notes
- Clipping is bound to happen with extreme poses & extreme C+ scaling
- Vanilla Long Gloves will more than likely clip with Buff Arms, and Vanilla Thigh Boots will definitely clip
