Requires Either Bibo+ or TBSE for their respective version
The neckwarmer on the Corgi scarf is meant for item transfer/item swap tool in textools/penumbra and both the Male and Female version of the neckwarmer are on the scarf.
Skirt/Coattail weights are not 100% perfect, but are 100% functional with vanilla animations.
The Undershirt color can be change on row 11& 12 , you must change both
The Yellow stripes on the boots and hair clips color can be changed on colorset row 6
