Staring into my eyes is ill-advised. I can't promise you'll like what you see...
As per usual, to have the glow/emissive, you have to go into advanced editing, materials, and look for the material that's being used. If you have Asymmetrical Eyes Framework by Midori, you can have a second glow option under IRI_B material instead of just IRI_A.
