Reaper Icons Recolour

v2.0 Update: Executioner's Gallows and Executioner's Guillotine have been recoloured to pink/purple and green respectively to match the original recolours. I also tweaked Executioner's Gibbet to remove the green portion of the icon, as that sort of two-tone isn't present in the original Gibbet icon.

It can be tricky to tell apart Gibbet and Gallows when playing Reaper, since the icons are the same colour and very similar in design. Thus, I decided to recolour Gallows (as well as the status effect Enhanced Gallows) to a nice pink/purple to make it stand out more from Gibbet. While I was at it, I also recoloured Guillotine to a yellow-green colour (matched to the Reaper AoE combo).

Works with both the HD and standard UI resolutions.
