it's noel from FF XIII-2 but with a hair mesh going straight up kind of like original hair 164.

It's hat compatible but doesn't have any highlights ( I was lazy to paint those )

It replaces hair 164 for the following races :

- Midlander
- Highlander
- Elezen
- Miqo'te ( two options : with ears, or earless for your modded ears )
- Roegadyn
- AuRa
- Viera

Only for male characters.

I think that's it.

Original game rip by MOF, if you use that mod, both my permissions and their permissions apply.
