This is Noel Kreiss. From Final Fantasy XIII-2.
Replaces NORA outfit ( snow villers outfit ) with Noel kreiss's outfit from FF XIII-2.
Top has a without necklace option,in case you only want the tee shirt.
Warning : Metadatas edited. it'll break other races than midlander-based ( including Highlander ).
If it doesnt work, try installing it on textools, it may be a Penumbra temporary issue.
Permissions are on my Discord. MoogleOutfitters permissions apply too.
